In 2009, Fearne climbed Mount Kilimanjaro alongside Ben Shephard, Gary Barlow, Alesha Dixon, Ronan Keating, Denise Van Outen & Chris Moyles and Girls Aloud members Cheryl Cole & Kimberley Walsh.
She filmed a video piece for Comic Relief about Malaria.
